The 3-Word Intention

What to do: Choose three words that capture how you want to feel, show up, or move through 2026. Not goals. Not tasks. Just three guiding words. Write them somewhere you'll see daily.

Why it works: Your brain loves simplicity. Three words are easy to remember, hard to overthink, and flexible enough to apply anywhere. Facing a decision? Ask: does this align with my three words?

Example: If your words are REST, CREATE, CONNECT, you decline the draining networking event, start that side project, and text the friend you've been meaning to reach. No spreadsheet required

Your Challenge This Week

Pick your three words by Sunday. Then, once a day, ask: did my choices today reflect these words? That's it. No tracking. No guilt spirals.
